Interior Upgrades
Silvermere homes
The spaces you use every day should be the ones you love the most. Let's transform them.
For over 40 years, Silvermere Homes has been creating exceptional interiors across Surrey – kitchens that become the heart of the home, bathrooms that feel like private retreats, and living spaces that work as beautifully as they look.
You don’t need to renovate your entire house to make a significant impact. Upgrading key rooms – your kitchen, bathroom, or living areas – can completely transform how your home feels and functions.
Whether you’re replacing a tired 1990s kitchen, creating a spa-like bathroom, or reconfiguring your ground floor for better flow, we manage the entire process with precision and care.
From initial design and material selection through plumbing, electrics, tiling, cabinetry, and final finishing, our experienced team delivers interiors that enhance your daily life and add genuine value to your property.

What We Transform
Luxury Kitchens
The kitchen is where life happens – family meals, morning coffee, entertaining friends. We design and install kitchens that balance beautiful aesthetics with genuine functionality.
Spa-Quality Bathrooms
Transform your daily routine into something you actually look forward to. We create bathrooms that feel like luxury hotel suites – rainfall showers, freestanding baths, underfloor heating, beautifully lit mirrors, and premium tiles throughout.
Utility Rooms & Boot Rooms
Often overlooked but incredibly valuable. A well-designed utility room keeps laundry, coats, and everyday clutter out of your main living spaces while providing practical storage and workspace.
Living Spaces
New flooring, feature fireplaces, built-in storage, updated lighting, fresh plastering and decoration. Sometimes a living room or dining room just needs refining rather than rebuilding.

FAQ
1. How long does a kitchen or bathroom installation take
Kitchen installations typically take 2-3 weeks from removing the old one to final completion. Bathrooms usually take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity. If you’re reconfiguring the layout or doing significant plumbing work, add another week. We’ll give you an accurate timeline during the quotation stage.
2. Can I still use my kitchen or bathroom during the work?
Not fully, but we’ll maintain basic facilities where possible. For kitchens, we can set up a temporary washing-up area and keep your fridge accessible. For bathrooms, if you have a second one, we’ll ensure it remains fully functional. Most clients manage fine, though it requires a bit of patience.
3. Do you supply and fit, or can I supply materials myself?
We typically supply and fit everything – it ensures quality, warranties are straightforward, and there’s no delay if something arrives damaged or incorrect. However, if you’ve already purchased specific items or have strong preferences for particular suppliers, we can discuss working with your materials.
4. What’s included in the price?
Everything needed for a complete installation: removing and disposing of the old kitchen or bathroom, any necessary plumbing and electrical work, tiling, plastering where needed, fitting new units and worktops, installing appliances or sanitaryware, and final decoration. The quotation breaks down exactly what’s included, so there are no surprises.
5. How much does a new kitchen or bathroom cost?
Kitchen refits typically range from £15,000 for a straightforward replacement to £40,000+ for high-end installations with premium appliances and bespoke cabinetry. Bathrooms range from £8,000 for a standard refit to £20,000+ for luxury ensuites with premium fixtures. We’ll provide detailed pricing once we understand your specific requirements and preferred specification level.
